Structure and working principle of wheel Loader

Wheel loaders are generally composed of frame, power transmission system, walking device, working device, steering braking device, hydraulic system and control system. The engine 1 is powered by a torque converter 2 to the gearbox 14, and then transmitted by the gearbox power through the drive shaft 13 and 16 respectively to the front and rear bridge 10 to drive the wheel rotation. The power of the internal combustion engine is also driven by a split-box hydraulic pump 3. The working device consists of an arm 6, a rocker arm 7, a connecting rod 8, a bucket 9, a dynamic arm hydraulic cylinder 12 and a rocker arm hydraulic cylinder 5. The end of the arm is hinged on the frame, the other end is equipped with a bucket, and the lifting of the arm is driven by the hydraulic cylinder of the arm, and the bucket is turned upside down by the rocker arm and the connecting rod. Frame 11 is composed of two parts, the middle with hinge pin 4 connection, depending on the steering cylinder can be the front and rear frame around the hinge pin relative rotation to achieve the turn.

From the general structure of the loader, it can be seen that the loader can be divided into: power system, mechanical system, hydraulic system, control system. As an organic whole, the performance of loaders is not only related to the performance of mechanical parts of working devices, but also to the performance of hydraulic system and control system. Power system: The driving force of the loader is generally provided by the diesel engine, the diesel engine has the characteristics of reliable work, hard power characteristic curve and fuel economy, which meet the requirements of poor working conditions and changeable load of loaders. Mechanical system: Mainly including walking device, steering mechanism and working device. Hydraulic system: The function of the system is to the engine's mechanical energy as the medium, the use of oil pump into the hydraulic energy, and then sent to the oil cylinder, oil motor, such as the conversion of mechanical energy. Control system: The control system is a system which controls the engine, the hydraulic pump, the multi-way reversing valve and the execution component. Hydraulic control drive mechanism is in the hydraulic control system, the small power of power or mechanical energy can be converted to strong high-power hydraulic energy and mechanical energy device. It is composed of hydraulic power amplification element, hydraulic actuator and load, and is the core of static and dynamic analysis in hydraulic system.
